Switched ONline

From “I feel behind on AI” to “oh, I can do that”.

Everyone’s talking about agents, and you’re still juggling Claude or ChatGPT, getting some good out of it but not sure how to go further. Watch how I work with AI, and leave confident, capable and curious about what you’ll do with it next.

Why I'm running this

At my workshops, in meetings and at events, I keep hearing the same three words:

“I feel behind.”

The people saying them have run teams, businesses and family diaries, and taken every new bit of tech in their stride since dial-up. This one has them stumped, mostly because everyone else seems to have worked out something they haven’t.

You are not behind.

What I hear right after it isn’t a worry at all. It’s an ambition:

“I’d like to do more with it, build more, and create more.”

Second chapters, side projects, businesses to grow, ideas that have been sitting in a notebook for years. People want AI helping them get there, and they want to know how.

So I’m opening my laptop and showing you how I work with AI, day to day. What the words mean, how I brief it, how I hand a task over, and what I check before I trust a word it says. You’ll try a few things along the way, and I’ll send you everything afterwards so you can keep going on your own.

No hard sell. You’ll learn something real, and leave able to do something you couldn’t do this morning, with the confidence to go and do it.

See you on the 5th.

What I keep hearing

Texts, emails, DMs, and the odd word in my ear at an event.

Different people, the same messages.

TextI feel behind.
DMI don’t know where to start.
Overheard at an event“I never know if I’m asking it the right way.”
DMI’m on my second chapter, with so many things I’d like to do, and I want AI to help me do them.
TextIt’s not saving me time the way it seems to for everyone else.
Overheard at an event“I feel overwhelmed.”

If one of those sounds like you, you’re in very good company, and this session was made for you.

The session

What you’ll be Switched ON to

Time back

Watch me hand AI the inbox, the admin and the bits you never wanted on your plate, and spot where your own hours could come back.

A habit that sticks

A repeatable way of working with AI, so it stops being something you keep meaning to try and becomes something you actually do, every week.

Your questions, answered

Ask me anything. Your question is usually the one someone else was sitting on, so we all learn from it. If I don’t know, we’ll work it out together. Helping people figure things out is my favourite part.

You’ll be Switched ON to what you can build next.

Try it now

One prompt to try before the 5th

People always ask me where to start with AI. My answer is always the same: the best thing you can do is actually just complain. So go and have a good moan. Open Claude or ChatGPT in a fresh chat, paste this in and swap the bit in brackets for everything on your plate.

The prompt typed into Claude: four proposals, about 100 emails, a content plan, a diary, a trip to China with my son, and a workshop to build

What goes in: one honest moan, pasted into a fresh chat.

Claude’s reply: three questions first, then the challenges it spotted and where things could be easier

What comes back: three questions first, then the bigger picture.

Copy it, swap in your own plate, try it tonight
What’s on my plate at the moment: [talk it out, messy is fine]. Before you suggest anything, ask me three questions, one at a time. Then tell me the challenges you can spot and where things could be easier or better. Finally, pick one thing you could take off my plate, and tell me how you’d go about it.

Don’t tidy up what you ask. That’s what the three questions are for.

Even better, say it out loud. I talk to AI all day with Wispr Flow, and you can try it free for 90 days at wisprflow.ai/nishma. It isn’t an affiliate link. I’m such a fan that I’ve invested in the company. It’s changed my life, and I’d love you to try it.

The promise

What you’ll walk away with

Nishma holding a sticky note that says I love my work
Workflows and automations that give you genuine time back.
A prompt habit that gets you brilliant responses and stops you guessing at the magic words.
Ideas from the different ways people are working with AI in their lives, at home and at work.
An honest, unscripted Q&A with me, solving real problems as they come up.
A room full of your peers: people at the same moment you’re in, working on the same problems, asking the questions you’d ask.
Who it's for

Is this you?

This is for you if

  • You asked AI for a two-line reply and got four paragraphs, a yes to everything and the word “delighted”.
  • You’d love to do more with it, and grow your life, career or business while you’re at it.
  • You’ve used Claude or ChatGPT to search or draft something, and you’re ready for the next step.
  • You’ve never written a line of code, and never plan to.

It isn’t for you if

  • You’re already building agents and more complex set-ups. This one will feel like a recap.
  • You want a deep technical build. We keep it jargon-free all the way through.
  • You’re braced for a hard sell. There isn’t one.
  • You’re after doom and predictions. This is about what you can do next week.

From people who've been in the room

“

I had such a brilliant evening at Nish’s first Switched On learning session. The atmosphere was warm, positive and welcoming… Nish made everyone feel comfortable asking questions and experimenting. I definitely left feeling energised, more confident and excited to keep exploring AI!

Claudia
“

I’ve been enjoying experimenting with AI but am super-aware that I’m not even scratching the surface. I learned more in the 2 hours with Nish than I have in months and can’t believe how simple it can be.

Lou
“

What a great evening! I have been adding things to my folder all weekend and have now got daily updates on the important emails in my inbox, and I have developed a speaker pack to send out for new business… I genuinely learnt a lot!

Questions

Frequently asked

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no catch. Just your first name and email, so I can send you the joining link.

Is it just for women?

Whoever you are, you’re welcome. The room will probably be mostly women, lots of us over 40, so you’ll be among friends.

What level is it?

Early stages. If you’ve used Claude or ChatGPT to search for something or draft an email, you’ll be absolutely fine. If you’re already building agents and more complex set-ups, this one isn’t for you. After you sign up, five optional questions tell me where you’re starting from.

Which AI do I need?

Claude or ChatGPT. Either works.

What do I need on the day?

Zoom and a laptop, Mac or Windows. You can watch on your phone, but it’s much easier to try things as we go on a laptop.

Will I have to connect my email or share anything private?

No. You only ever share what you’re comfortable sharing. We cover the safety basics, including the settings worth checking, and your judgement decides.

Can I bring a friend, or my team?

Please do. Send them this page, so each of them signs up with their own email and gets their own link.

Bring your questions. I’ll bring the sparkle.
